An Organization's vision is one of the most crucial but least understood aspects of strategy.  What can leaders do to transform their employee's relationship with the vision and mission so that there is a clear and meaningful line of sight between their day-to-day work and your ultimate goals and business objectives? This workshop takes participants on a journey deeper into the vision statement, helping them unpack concepts, make sense of them from their own unique points of view, and infuse a deeper sense of both individual and collective clarity and commitment.

Throughout the workshop, participants are compelled to think about how they stand in relationship with their organization's vision including how they contribute, reinforce or serve as change agents to problematic aspects of their culture.

  • Unpack underlying assumptions about what our organization's vision and mission really mean, and how they can be utilized strategically on a regular basis

  • Develop and customize next steps for helping others unpack and act upon your vision in concrete and exciting ways.
