Dr. Bill Brendel earned his doctorate at Columbia University and serves as an Assistant Professor at Penn State University. He has over 20 years of experience as an organization development consultant, researcher, author, and trainer. Bill is an assistant professor at Penn State University, where he teaches graduate courses in Organization Development, Organizational Agility, Appreciative Inquiry, Transformative Learning, and Transforming Implicit Bias in Organizations. He has also served as a university professor at Texas A&M, Temple University, and the University of St Thomas, where he has taught courses in Leadership Development, Change Management, Talent Management, Group Dynamics, Organizational Agility, Transforming Implicit Bias, and Transformative Learning
Bill is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Organization Development Network (ODN) and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Organization Development Education Association (ODEA).
